Urban Environmental Consulting was established in 2024 by Malcolm Adrien, a Certified Environmental Practitioner – Site Contamination Specialist (CEnvP SC). Malcolm brings over 15 years of experience in contaminated land and environmental consulting, spanning both private and public sectors. Malcolm’s career highlights include:

  • Former Senior Contaminated Land Officer at Maitland City Council, developing key management systems.

  • Holder of a SafeWork NSW Asbestos Assessor Licence.

  • Co-Chair of ALGA’s Local Government Special Interest Group.

  • Delivered projects across site investigation, remediation, waste classification, and resource recovery.
